Benefits:
-Mixing Cardio and Toning will strengthen, lengthen and tone the ENTIRE body
- The challenge can be used as cross-training for an athletic event
- Regular dance and fitness classes can lead to a slower heart rate, lower blood pressure and improved cholesterol levels
- You might find yourself walking a little taller and having more confidence!
Guidelines:
- Regular rates apply
- Each 30 day challenge will begin on the 1st of every month
- Student must sign up in advance
- Student is responsible for getting their daily sheet initialed by an Abby Bella Staff Member
- 25/30 days must be completed
- Multiple classes in one day counts as only one day
- Student must sign consent form
Once you have completed The Challenge:
-You hand in your raffle ticket from your Challenge Packet, within one week of the challenge ending we will pick two winners. One person will One Month Unlimited Classes Pass and another person will win an AB 30 Day Challenge Shirt.
-Your name will appear on the Abby Bella website after completion!
