Dancer’s Body Fitness System
Attitude is a small-group personal training & weight loss program designed to help you create a dancer’s long, lean silhouette. It includes an in-studio workout that emphasizes light weight/ high repetition training in a dance format – proven to create long, lean muscles.
There is a complete 4-week diet program that includes a weekly plan and grocery shopping lists that are easy to follow and guaranteed to help you lose weight. You’ll also receive the “Attitude Journal” to record your daily food choices for accountability and feedback as well as a visualization component that includes a photo of yourself as you would look 15 and up to 30lbs. thinner. Motivational/ educational emails and bonus workouts are also included to keep you focused and excited while you reach your goals.
To give you personal attention, we limit the size to eight participants per session so reserve your spot early!
The first group of Attitude participants have done really well, losing up to 11 lbs and 15 inches in only 4 weeks!
