The Abby Bella Story

For years, Teresa Paul Daie looked for a place to take dance classes and couldn’t find the right dance studio. She danced ballet as a child and loved dancing disco throughout college but, as an adult, missed the high she had experienced through dancing.

Teresa opened Abby Bella Dance Studio to give adults – of all fitness levels – a place to dance and experience the joy she always felt while dancing.  She hadn’t intended to become a dance instructor herself, but went on to become certified to teach Zumba and continues to take classes from all of the amazing teachers at Abby Bella.
