As a new client to Abby Bella we understand that you might have some questions and concerns about coming to your first class. Here is some information that might make you feel more comfortable:
How to check in: You will need to check in at the front desk for every visit to the dance studio. Simply come up to the front desk and let the staff know your name and which class you would like to take. It’s that easy!
What to wear on your body:
Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely.
Dance/Yoga/Sweat pants or shorts and Tank top/T-shirt/Sports Bra.
What to wear on your feet:
Ballet – Barefoot, socks or ballet shoes
Belly Dance - Barefoot
Jazz – Barefoot, socks, athletic/jazz shoes
Tap – Tap shoes
Hip-Hop – Athletic/jazz shoes
Bella Barre – Socks
Cardio classes such as Cardio Striptease, Zumba and Total Body Fitness – Athletic or dance shoes
Yoga or Pilates – Barefoot
What to bring: You will need water – Always hydrate! We have water stations to re-fill your water bottle. If you are doing an intense cardio class such as Zumba or Total Body Fitness you might want to bring a towel. You may also bring your own yoga mat for yoga but we do have a few spares if you forget.
Always remember to turn off your cell phone during a class and to arrive a few minutes early to gather any equipment you might need. Also, feel free to call or visit the studio if you have any further questions! We would love to hear from you.
